Doctor's Orders..

Even with 101 temperature, Hattie still wanted her shoes and bow on with her nightgown!!

Anderons post new meds!!

Always smiling now!

So, now that I have two kids I feel like a big part of my social life involves going to the Dr.'s office. Between Hattie and Anderson this is the first week we haven't been in 6 straight weeks! It's so routine, that our pediatrician actually called ME at home this morning to see how Anderson was doing on his new meds. I'm sure they were shocked that it's been a whole week and I hadn't called to report in. Speaking of which, it has made a big difference in our sweet "Anders." He is actually awake for an hour and a half between each feeding! He now loves his floor gym, which would have never worked before! We are so grateful to have finally found a solution to make him smile again!

Only in Texas....

Seriously, where else can you have this much fun outside in February? I mean really, running through the sprinklers?? We love being outside! It's easy entertainment for us all. Of course, enjoying this great weather is kind of a conflict of interest when your husband owns a RAIN gutter installation company! I threw a few recent of pictures of Anderson in just because he's such a muffin!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope everyone has a great Valentine's Day! Hattie has been running fever, so we are headed into the doctor today. She's going to have to miss her class Valentine's party. Our Family Builders group at church is hosting a date night tomorrow with 2 hours of babysitting. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we will be able to take advantage of that! Hopefully we can find out what's going on with her and get her back to her normal, perky self!

You know your child is all grown up when...

Their reaction to Baby Einstein is the same one you've been experiencing for the last 18 months!!!

Updates

I took both kids to the doctor today. Anderson had his 2 month check-up and Hattie had her 18 month. Here are there stats.:
Anderson weighs 10 lbs. 4 oz. and is 23.5 inches long (25% on weight-50% height)
Hattie weighs 22 pounds and is 33 inches (25% weight-90% height) They tell me that girls are roughly half there adult size at 18 months which would mean Hattie will be around 5'6"...who knows??
Anderson was officially diagnosed with acid reflux last week and given a prescription. It has made a world of difference in our lives. He smiles and coos SOOO much more! He sleeps so much better and just seems so comfortable! Hattie has a new found love for him again now that his crying has subsided! He watches her every move (who can blame him???) and smiles at her constantly. Hattie is really growing up fast. She can successfully feed herself and is using the "big-girl potty" with an unexpected amount of success! Here are some recent pictures.
