With her sweet friends-Ella and Madisyn
I took last Wednesday off to head over to the Safari Zoo with Hattie's class. We had a great time, but I am not so hands-on with the animals! Way too many germs! After 11 years in 3rd grade, I am getting moved to 5th grade reading next year and since this field trip is on the same day as our 5th grade graduation-I guess it will be Chad going with Anderson next year!!!

Pre-K Graduation
Hattie's school had their Pre-K graduation on Friday. Mimi, Poppy, and Grandpa all came to watch. Hattie has been with such a sweet group of friends this year. Next year they will all be split between the four elementaries. I guess an advantage of a small town is that we will still be together with tap and soccer!
Hattie and Ms. Anita
Sweet girls!
We spent some time cooling off at the Splash Park on Sunday.
Here are our sweet ducks- Poofy and Tia. We got them as chicks at Easter time. Once they got too big for their tub, they have just been roaming around our yard. We have become quite attached to them.

Hattie's Tap Recital
Hattie had her tap recital last weekend. This year they performed as Inchworms. I was so proud of Hattie and how well she did. I'm not sure I would have been able to get up in front of a thousand people and dance like that at her age! She loves being on stage and performing! I am having trouble getting pictures to post-so here are the only two I could get.

Easter
So, I've been a little side-tracked lately, but am finally getting around to posting our pictures from Easter. My brother, Mark, along with Ang, Ava, and Cole were in town. We had a great time hanging out with them and doing lots of traditional Easter activities.
