Nashville Trip 2010

We drove over to Nashville to visit my brother's family. They were such great hosts! Hattie and Anderson had such a good time with their cousins and Chad and I got to eat two dinners without kids! Here are some pictures of the trip:
Before church

We went to the zoo on Sunday afternoon...in the pouring rain! We pretty much had the place to ourselves, but we were soaked by the time we left. The kids did not seem to mind!



We got up Monday morning and got to the "Y" as soon as the pool opened. It had a great kids area and was tons of fun. It was a little cool for us Texans (like 77 outside), but the Nashville crowd didn't seem to notice!

Monday afternoon Chad and Philip took Macy and Anderson to a Sounds game while the rest of us took naps!


Tuesday we headed over to the Monkey's Treehouse to play and the Loveless Cafe for lunch.




Of course we spent lots of time playing outside and with toys!

Thank you Philip and Heidi for letting us crash your house! We had a great time hanging out with all of you! We are looking forward to spoiling Lexi while she's in Kerrville this week!
In other news, we came home to a plentiful garden! Hattie and Anderson enjoyed picking all the flowers and veggies today.
