TFND and soccer

Well, we didn't get much of a transition time going from slow-paced summer to nonstop busy! Weekends are now filled with Tivy football (one of our favorite pasttimes) and soccer games. And this year we have our nephew, Tyler, playing varsity as a sophomore! His touchdown on Friday got him a great picture on the front page of the sports section. Hattie was so excited to have her first soccer game today. Even though she had a 12:30 game in 105 heat-she still had a good time and managed to score all three of her team's goals! Since the first day of school, we have heard all about Hattie's new friend, Cameron! When I picked her up Friday afternoon, she and Cameron had planned matching outfits (including shoes, ponytails, and bows) to wear to the Tivy game! They were so cute together! Since the game sold out and we had to stand-it was nice that they had each other to play with!
