Weekend Road Trip!

We spent last weekend driving around Texas to visit our cousins!!!! We had a few (just a few!!!) chaotic moments, but it was well worth the memories! We had such great hosts! We spent some time at the Zoo, Chuck E. Cheese, shopping, eating lots of good food, and watching the kids play together! We will have such great stories to share with them as they get older! Fun times. There are lots of pictures to look at. Unfortunately, my camera batteries went out Saturday morning so we missed a whole day with Hunter! Just for the record-we did get to see Angie, but she spent most of the weekend in a class.

Posing with Uncle David. Well, at least David was posing for me!

Does Chad look happy about having his picture taken or what? I mean, what's the problem? We've only been there an hour, they dropped his plate-so he's the only one who hasn't eaten, and he's holding a crying baby???? Relax-it's vacation!

Enjoying a long lunch break!

All the excitement of Chuck E. Cheese and the girls want to play on the FREE slide area!

Don't they just look like they need 3 kids!

All dressed up in their ACU gear!

That was fun - we're so glad you guys came! I can't believe how different the boys look in this couch picture compared to the Christmas couch picture! And, I love the pic of Chad at lunch. Your description is priceless. I think we've ALL been there.

I also am laughing at something I just noticed in the Saturday morning cartoon pic - the purple necklace from Macy's FIRST birthday party! Nothing dresses a girl up for company quite like a purple plastic necklace, paired with monkey pajamas. It's been an accessory with staying power and Ava's inspired to wear it at the funniest times. Does Hattie still wear her orange one?
